Ramona Crisstea - jord watch 5

I don’t know if I have ever told you but I am against living in an apartment. I can’t connect with them. For me all this concrete makes me choke and because of that I prefer living in a house with a beautiful yard, having my flowers, as many animals as possible. I just love animals so much. It is so much better living in a house than in an apartment, or how I call it a “hive”. Although if you ask me where I live now I have to admit that I live in an apartment and is quite excruciating believe me. What I wanted to say is that I love nature, wood, I like to live in a house with a big terrace where I can breed the clean air, with a well cared wooden furniture, a terrace handmade from pallets and surrounded by grass full of felinars and most importantly having beside me my loved ones, knowing that I can relax every time in the yard.

Until I will get to see this dream of mine come true I will present you another beautiful thing made of this material, timber or wood. It reminds me of my dream. We should never forget our dreams and always fight for them. I would have never thought that I will wear a wooden watch. It is creativity in its purest form.

  1. Yes true, but one must make the best of ones surroundings in the meantime, in my apartment that i had before could afford the house I am now in, using pots and recycled materials. I had a garden of 75 plants, including some herbs and veggies, so it can be done. I agree though a house with a great yard beets an apartment by miles. Best wishes and blessings, Charles.

  2. Elegant, all the parts of your pic including posture. Many women forget about posture, or the structure minus tone – sags. Wood is one “beauty” then add all the variety and color. Although its not complete, I’m building a kayak from 1/4 X 3/4 cedar strips 15.6 ft long 2 ft wide. It should weigh around 32 lbs when finished. Functional art, thanks for posting

  3. I find living in apartments and units excruciating, too – and I happen to live in one myself, also, and will soon move to yet another one! You’re right, concrete is choking, I do loathe it, and I do wish sometimes everyone could just live in cottages sitting snugly side-by-side all over the world with gardens and cats.

  4. I can relate to your dream very much, it’s the same for me! I am “patiently” waiting for that magical day, when I move in to a nice home in the middle of nature or at least with a little garden to call my own ^.^

The watch and outfit are beautiful 🙂

  5. Love your outfit!! I feel the same way about apartments- I’m always trapped! I can’t wait for the day I can grow a garden and adopt so many animals to fill the yard with

  6. Your photos are fabulous, and the watch is truly inspired. I haven’t worn a watch in years, and this makes me want one. This is my first stop by your site, and I also want to say how much I love your background. The watercolor is beautiful. I am lucky to live in a sweet little house on two acres with my pup and kitties, and it is wonderful; however, I do sometimes miss being able to hop out for drinks or a show like we do on vacation. I think we all romanticize what we don’t have. I remind myself to treasure what I have when I start longing for something–anything–to do! When you get a house, I’m sure you’ll love it–just don’t go too far out! 🙂

  7. A house like that certainly sounds like a dream! And hopefully you’ll get to live in one soon! 🙂

I live in an apartment and truth be told.. I really enjoy living there, but it’s only because it’s close to the inner city.. and also because I have a lot of space. 🙂

Love the outfit! Looking gorgeous as always! 🙂

  8. Apartments are the worst…on the other hand though, living in one forces you to go outside and find places where you can experience nature since it’s not readily available at home.

  9. Nothing like the ‘Outdoor Life’….We do need some shelter, though. Glad I connected with your blog. Delightful….Beautiful pictures…. 🙂

  10. I’m in love with your shoes. Thank you so much for visiting my artblog, and your positive feedback – very much appreciated. p.s. you’re very beautiful 🙂

  11. Love love love this post. I just started blogging on October 1st so I still have a lot to learn, but I’m happy I found your blog because your style & intellect is parallel with mine and serves as a great inspiration ☺️☺️☺️

  12. I can certainly identify with your wish to live in a house. The biggest problem I had, living in apartments, was noise. In an apartment (or a condominium), it is impossible not to disturb your neighbors, and impossible for your neighbors not to disturb you. Because your neighbors are on the other sides of the walls (and often above and below your apartment, as well).

This is what I like most about living in a house–there is yards of space between my house and my neighbors’ houses. Sometimes they still make too much noise, and sometimes I still make too much noise–but this is not nearly as frequent as in an apartment complex. I like living in a house–I only wish this house were located in my hometown.

So best of wishes to you–I hope you find a small, but comfortable house. (I say small, because this house is really too big for the upkeep–I intend to move to a smaller house, someday).

Thank you for following my blog.
