Every time I think of red or see red, I think of trust. #redshoes, the perfect post to share with you some words about how we should visualize what we want to become.

As soon as our subconscious accepts an idea starts to work to make it happen. I have to say something about this statement. A few days ago I wrote down a few phrases of what I want to become in the next 8 years. Someone indicated me that I should read these phrases every morning and night before going to bed. It is such a great method to visualize ourselves as the persons we want to become or to visualize our purposes fulfilled.

Our subconscious is quite hard to understand but I learnt that a thought is a reality for it. Our body is the result of our past intentions it is the one who helps influence the subconscious to achieve what we want. If you imagine a certain experience with enough intensity, different involuntary reactions will be produced, reactions similar to what you imagined. Visualize what you want to become. Wear the color of trust #red, think positive and feel great because soon things will get better and better.

  1. “Our body is the result of our past intentions.” This is why natural healing is so effective. We can also use present intentions to create a healthy future body.

  2. Greetings,

This is a great post, with practical suggestions of becoming the best version of what we wish to be. You are also stunning here 🙂

      1. I love your beautiful blog and all your pictures in your blog. So I nominated you Leibster Award as my appreciation. Check out my blog, thanks 🙂

  3. They look FUN, but I would need a version without heels (too many heels lead to bunions which lead to surgery and flat shoes). I’m also curious as to where you aim to be in 8 years.

  4. Loving the shoes! I like the post as well, and agree with your statements. I have been doing that for years and have both of my daughters do this very practice.

  5. I read this post and somehow it sunk into my subconscious, because I’ve worn red 3 out of 5 days this week. And I’m not a red-wearing kinda gal! I’ve felt good while wearing it though! Oh the power of suggestion…thanks!
